TM Phone line

To Phase 2 owners, below email was extracted from Mr Ooi (TM agent) reply:

Dear Chen,
I have just spoke to TM BRD department regarding the phase 2,the delay is due to Paragon developer who not yet handover the completion report to TM department.So they cant process untill the developer sent them the report..i always want all the things to be speedup with no delay as what you say it will not benefit all party's,that is true..i hope the developer side must be chase .
I always update the phase2 resident from time to time.
I appreciated your kindly attention and million thanks to you

I called Mr.Ooi yesterday and enquired. Nothing has been done yet and i think still waiting for the PE to submit some documents. Expected timeframe is about a month or so

Mr Ooi did help me to get my TM line + StreamyX connection.
But back then, the problem was "out of ports". No lines. Nothing to do with Developer or what so ever woh.

Meanwhile, ask yr neighbor share the wifi with u loh..

alamak, sorry, my bad, its actually no port, coz i called up telekom and bomb them, i think initially they only put 30 ports, sometimes duno these technical guys think with their big head or small head, they know is a housing aread with almost 300 units and they install only 30 ports

Hi Guys,
Yes,TM is "short" of ports for this housing estates, we can say they have big heads but with little brains. Anyhow TM has acknowledged our problem and they have put in an extra cabinets in road one as you can see for PH. but not install yet. For further information about your phone lines, you could call Mr.Ooi mobile 013 3110066 he is the TM dealer for PH. Thanks

Yes I have .. for the past 2-3 months....
There's no end date in sight..
Last I checked, he'll inform me when he knows that it's completed .. whenever that is ..

Need to resort to Maxis Broadband .. sigh!
