Appreciate if you could provide us the details as of when the 'gangsters' will be making their rounds...(so we can hide... I mean... prepare payment in advance). hehehe

We have actually started the bi-annual collection beginning June this year. For Road 2, residents will first get an email on the date that the ' gangster" will be coming so that they can prepare the blood shed, oops! I mean the cheque. After that an sms will follow and eventually the collector will come to their door with parangs and all la. All this will happen within a week. So residents will have ample time to pay up. So HK, guess you will have to show up la. otherwise you may post a cheque. I am sure you know where all the respective gangsters are holed up. You in the light and the gangsters in the dark. Rather dangerous for the gangsters la.
