New Member here and idea to contribute to RA

Dear all,

After read through many topics and response posted by the members, I think this forum is very active and everyone is contributing to improve our lovely home and environment in PH. I think I should not be left myself out and I registered myself to this forum last Friday.

I posted an idea to contribute to RA in another section of this forum and dreamtent told me to introduce myself here. I have moved in PH Phase 2 end March 2009. I like the idea of keeping the Paragon mini economy flow within the community and I also like to suggest to contribute some portion of the profit from the business transactions done within Paragon to the RA for fund raising to organise activities for all PH residents, i.e. Open house for festive season, etc.

Therefore, if you (or any Paragonian) need to renew/purchase car/house insurance (or other general insurance needs), I will contribute 50% of the commission to the RA! (No hardselling here, mainly is a service to Paragonian as I also stay in PH).

I hope I can start with this small step to get more residents in PH to contribute more (time, energy and financial) to our RA, our community and eventually our HOMES!

Hi Cheng,

Maybe to start with, i'll probably need to talk to you about insuring the auto barrier boxes.
We are planning to install this solution and i've been getting feed back from everyone. Among the tasks, it's about insurance.
In case someone drive their car into the barrier and can't pay for it. It's RM 3~4k each box and i think we need to find some way to insured it.
(We can always make the driver pay...but you know....it's best we can have alternatives too)

I would suggest the insurance should also include the guard house structure in case of impact damage (by car accident). If you can estimate the cost of the guard house, I can also check out the premium to cover it.

Also, is there any other equipments you may want to insure beside the boxes, like the card reader, CCTV?
